Just a quick card using an ISS digital image "Asia"...

Cardstock is PTI, SU! and Cloud 9 design. The blue flower I made using Grunge Paper by Tim Holtz. The yellow flower is prima. Ribbon is from PTI and buttons are SU!. I used copic colors E30,31 and 33 for her hair, E21 and 11 for her skin, the book is C1 the bubbles are BG000 and finally the tub is colored using YR 20, 82 and 02.

In Style Stamps November Blog Hop

This months blog hop challenge was to pick our favorite holiday song and create a non-card project using that song as our inspiration. That said my favorite holiday song is "Deck the Halls". I created a NOEL banner using "Christmas Tree Chick".

Ok I know it is a tad bit early but one of In Style Stamps November new releases "New Years Chloe" is just to cute for words.

Chloe was colored using the following Copics Colors...

Skin- E00, E02 and E11(cheeks)

Hair- Y11, Y21 and YR61

Dress- YG93 and YG95

Cardstock is DCWV and PTI. Flowers are by Prima and distressed using Tim Holtz distress inks. The Flourishes are Tim Holtz Grunge Board also distressed using distress inks.

You are my Inspiration!

This weeks inspiration challenge is to create a gift for someone who you are thankful for but who doesn't always get the recognition they deserve. Immediately I thought of my dog groomer. She so loves my puppies and does an amazing job. She definately deserves a huge THANK YOU!!

"Puppy Love" is one of Novembers new release images for In Style Stamps.

 This adorable image works perfectly as the focal point of my gift.

The little guy is colored using Copic colors E15, 17, 19 and 49. Plus E41 and 42 for his bone and YR14 and 18 for the hearts. DP is DCWV and CS is SU! Ribbon is SU! The jar came from IKEA, if you have an IKEA in your area they have great items to create gifts with.

In Style Stamps Release week...

It's that time again... Release week is always very exciting for any company and their fans. ISS has 6 new images being released this week. Mondays image is "Chucky", I adore this little guy! He could be used for Easter, Baby, Spring, really anything that pops up!

Chucky is colored using Copic Marker colors, YG01, YG21 and YG25.

Cardstock is PTI and DP is DCWV.

Christmas Pudding Anyone?

This weeks In Style Stamps color challenge uses this yummy picture of Christmas pudding. 

When it comes to color challenges I love to tweek my colors just a bit while staying in the same families. For my sample I used SANDY she can be found on the In Style Stamps website.

I used PTI cardstock and ribbon. The flowers are by Prima. I colored Sandy using Copic Markers. Hair Yoo, 11 and 21, skin E00 and 01, dress YG03 and 95 and finally the trim is R46 and 59.

Next week is new release week with an inspiration challenge on Wednesday. So be sure to check out the ISS Blog starting on Monday for new release samples all week!

Did you miss me???

Well I missed all of you! I took a little break from everything but I'm back!! I love, love, love the simplicity of the November Sketch for In Style Stamps!

For my sample I used "Leang and Sei" which can be found on the In Style Stamps website.

I colored the image using Copic Markers. For the Sled I used E11,13,15 and 17. The boys skin is E00,11 and 95. His sweater is B00, 000 and 41 and his jeans are B93, 95 and 97. His hair is E30, 31 and 35. For the girls skin I used E11 and 13. Her hair is E19 and 29. The sweater is YG93 and 95 and her pants are E53 and 55. Finally her scarf uses YR68 and G95. Cardstock is PTI and designer paper is SU!. I popped up the image and added a Heidi Swapp Ghost flower with a rhinestone brad center.

Cupcakes Anyone??

Hello fellow In Style Stamps lovers! Today's card is inspired by this amazing cupcake image!

I tossed around many ideas and ultimately decided my card would be inspired by the gorgeous colors in the image. I chose "Tatiana", she is currently available on the In Style Stamps website.

Tatiana is colored using Copic Markers. Hair Y00, Y11 & Y21, Skin E00 & E11, Shorts and Shirt RV02,  RV04 & RV06, Sweat Bands and Socks V12 & V17, Shoes and Racket YG01 & YG25 and finally the Tennis Ball Y13 & Y19.

This months Blog Hop theme is "End of Summer". I know my card doesn't seem to be very summery, but as soon as I saw the Hop theme and this amazing paper it brought back fun childhood memories. At the end of summer vacation, just about every year we would go see the Ringling Brothers Circus!

So hopefully my project makes sense with the theme now. 

For my card I colored "Jax" using Copic markers E13, E15 & E17 for his hair, E30 & E31 for his skin, BG93, BG96 & BG99 were used for his shirt, E55 & Y28 on the shorts and

his shoes are done using BG93 & BG96.

In Style Stamps New release

Todays post are samples using In Style Stamps images Hanna and Alma. 

I am in love with this sample! Alma is so incredibly adorable! I colored the image using Copic colors; BeaksY13 & Y15, Flippers YR12 & YR18, Cat Tail E42, E44, G82 & G85, sand E41 & E43 and for the sky I used B41. Cardstock is Lemon Tart, Sage Shadow and DCWV. Prima Flowers and flat back pearls add a girly fnish!

For my Hanna sample I created a baby frame. Hanna is colored using Copic colors R20 and R22. Cardstock is DCWV and flowers are by Prima!

ISS August Color Challenge

Taylor picked a georgous color combo the I would have never thought of myself.

Dark green, turqouise, lime amd naturals white are the colors I took from it.

Here is the image that inspired the color challenge.

For my sample I used Sophie. She can be found on the In Style Stamps website. I made a Post It note mini motebook using my bind it all and a couple of chipboard coasters.

Sophie was colored using Copic Marker color. Her swim suit is B01, B04 & B06, Skin E50 & E11, Snorkel and Flippers RV13 & RV19 and finally her Hair E30, E31 & E33.  I tied some dark green, white and navy blue ribbon on the coil binding and popped up Sophie for a bit of dimension.  Take a trip on over to the ISS blog for more peaks at the DT's color chellenge samples.

Inspiration In Style

This weeks In Style Stamps inspiration challenge picture gives you a huge amount of options! As you can see from the image there are so many sketches that you could be inspired to use on your project. As soon as I saw the image the trim work stood out to me immediately!

I used In Style Stamps image Kristina. She is just so adorable riding her bike. Kristina was colored using Copic markers and layered using Nestibilities. I added some buttons for a bit of embelishment.

In Style Stamps August Sketch Challenge

What a great sketch, wait, there's a catch...It must also be an easel card! I chose ISS image Hanna, when I first saw how adorable she was I knew she would be the perfect baby card! Hanna was colored using Copic markers, layered using Nestibilities. Cardstock is DCWV, PTI and SU!. A few brads and Primas and all finished. I must admit this was my first try at an easel card, tell me what you think. Hanna will be available after the August release around the 20th.

Summer Fun Day 2!!

As soon as I saw Captain Riley I "Sailing" his boat I thought he would make a perfect going away gift. I am sure I know someone going on a cruise who will LOVE this little guy, not to mention the hidden chocolates! Chocolate Moose anyone? See you tomorrow... 

Just in time for SUMMER!

All of you Riley and Company fans are sure in for some amazing summer fun! Today begins four full days of Riley and Sophie sneak peaks. Also tomorrow will be our semi-weekly Tuesday challenge,  PLUS on Thursday evening there will be a huge splash in the Riley and Co. store with all 8 of the new Summertime Fun images being released after the Blog Hop!

In Style Stamps Release Sneak Peaks...

We have new additions to our amazing "A Day in the Life" collection.

We'll start with Witch's Brew - isn't it wonderful? 

The detail is amazing! I used copic markers to color my image, added some fun Halloweeney paper and some rhinestones to finish it off.

We will have sneak peaks all week so check back here and especially on the In Style Stamps Blog. 

The ISS blog will have multiple samples created by the Design Team of each image being released.

All of the images we are previewing this week will be available in the store on Friday, July 16th!

Cut it out and Pop it !!!

This weeks Riley and Company Tuesday challenge is the brain child of the amazing Cindy Haffner .

So get out those scissors, pop dots and or foam tape and "Cut It Out & Pop It Up"!

For my card I used Swimmer Riley. he is colored using Copic marker color V12 & V17 for the Inner Tube and E11, E13, E15 & E17 for Riley himself. The background is airbrushed using BG000, BG00 and BG01. I layered several squares and used my Nestibilities to cut and layer the swimmer himself. Finished off with a few rhinestone brads and did you notice the flip flops in the corner?

In the second picture you can see much better how he is popped up...
